Sport and nutrition

If you had the chance to be more productive and intelligent,
to live longer and look better, wouldn’t you use them?

Regardless of age, shape, size and ability, we should be more active in our daily lives and eat healthier food.
But many people stick to well-tried excuses:

„I don’t have time.“
„It’s too expensive and I can’t afford it.“
„I don’t know how to do it or what to do.“
„In itself, everything fits as it is.“
„It’s too much work for me now… (maybe) when I’m on holiday.“

A healthy diet and regular exercise affect your physical and mental well-being
and lead to positive changes in your everyday life.

Energy levels

Finally pulling up trees again? – Ouh yeah! How many? 🙂

A more nutritious diet means that you have more energy for your work, training and leisure activities. Additional functional training prepares you for situations in your everyday life by imitating the movement patterns of everyday life. This enables your body to cope with the daily stress situations (e.g. carrying a box of water to the 4th floor).
Functional training differs from conventional training by reducing the risk of injury and stress to your body.
You will be fitter and fresher throughout the day and will be able to perform tasks with ease that would otherwise be difficult.

Ageing Process

Do you want to live longer and look damn good at the same time? Then it’s time to check out your favorite foods. Regular exercise will also help you develop your connective tissue and tighten your skin. Nutrition and exercise make the biggest contribution to a longer life expectancy.

If you pay attention to your diet, you can give your life extra years and more quality. Some nutrients strengthen your digestive functions so that they counteract the degenerative process.

Brain Function

You’ve probably heard of „brain food“?
It’s not just a trick to get little kids to eat their vegetables. Nutritious foods like nuts, seeds and avocados contain brain-strengthening omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
So if you change your eating habits accordingly, you can not only improve your brain functions, but also get more out of your working day. You can concentrate better and think faster.

Immune System

A balanced, nutritious diet can not only ward off disease, but also keep common diseases and inflammation in check. Your immune system needs vitamins and minerals that should be included in your daily diet to function at the highest level.

The points mentioned above and many more show how important sports and nutrition are in our daily life. Now and even more in old age.
